The QL Series Hydraulic Chain Cutter is designed for cutting high-strength chains used in coal mines and other industries. It can operate using the existing hydraulic emulsion fluid pump station in underground coal mines as its power source. For areas lacking a power source, an external hydraulic pump station with a pressure of 20-30Mpa can be connected.
During use, simply connect the pressure source to the inlet of the intensifier with a quick coupling. Typically, it takes only about one minute to cut through a single chain link, offering a highly efficient, user-friendly, and secure cutting solution.
The device includes an elastic reset function, a specially reinforced steel blade, a safety pressure relief valve, and a safety locking mechanism, all complemented by a handle for easy portability. This makes the process of chain cutting remarkably simple.
