1.High-Quality Material Selection
- Steel Tubes: Special high-frequency welded steel tubes are used for the rollers, and through precision rolling, the ovality is kept within 0.10mm to ensure minimal radial runout.
- Shafts: Cold-drawn shafts with a surface roughness of 0.8 microns are used, with a diameter larger than the bearing inner diameter by 0-0.01mm, ensuring stable axial displacement and load.
- Bearings: Internationally renowned brand bearings are selected, with a temperature range of -30°C to 120°C. These bearings are characterized by low noise, dustproof, anti-static properties, and have a service life exceeding 50,000 hours.
2.Excellent Sealing Design
- Sealing Structure: Made from special materials with a multi-labyrinth structure, offering two options: non-contact seal for dust and water resistance, and contact seal for better protection against water, dust, and immersion, though with slightly higher rotational resistance.
3.Precise Manufacturing Process
- Bearing Housing: Made from hot-rolled pickled steel plates and processed through 12 steps, ensuring a tolerance of less than 0.005mm.
- Snap Rings: Made from 65Mn spring steel with a thickness of over 3mm, ensuring durability.
- Cutting: Processed with special equipment, length controlled within 0.2mm, and all material processing uses CNC to ensure precision.
- Steel Tubes and Bearing Housing: Tolerance is strictly controlled for a tight fit, ensuring high concentricity.
- Welding: Welding is a critical process. Besides self-inspection, mutual inspection, and special inspection, the production workshop conducts special process checks and records. Welding materials from major manufacturers and mixed gas are used for better weld quality, handled by qualified personnel, and verified in the workshop.
4.Lubrication and Surface Treatment
- Lubrication: Different lubricants are selected according to the usage environment of the rollers, with precise amounts added to ensure proper lubrication.
- Surface Treatment: Steel tubes are rust-removed using special techniques and professional equipment to increase the adhesion of the coating material. The coating thickness is guaranteed, using special coatings that are acid and alkali-resistant, hard and wear-resistant, available in various colors.
5.Diverse Packaging Options
- Rust Prevention and Packaging: Shaft ends are treated for rust prevention or fitted with shaft sleeves. Based on customer requirements for rainproof, moisture-proof, and stacking height during transportation, we offer bundled bare packaging, pallet packaging, wooden box packaging, iron box packaging, or customized packaging.
